This is a picture of my current Ercoupe (model 415 C/D.  This picture was taken just after landing at Three Forks, Mt. for the annual Montana Antique Aircraft Association fly-in.  This Ercoupe spent most of it's life in the northern Oregon/southern Washington area.  It is the most highly modified Ercoupe I have seen.  Every STC mod done seems to have been applied to this aircraft except for the rudder peddle mod.  It has a Continental O-200 engine (100 horsepower), Cessna 150 seats, metallized wings, split elevator, wheel pants (including nifty little landing lites), bubble windshield, extended baggage, Alon/Mooney Cadet gyro panel, and mode C transponder.  It cruises at about 115 mph at 4500 feet running 2525 rpm.  Takes off and lands at about 65 mph.  Will handle all kinds of wind, and is capable of scaring the bejeezus out of pilots who are not used to landing crabbed in a cross-wind.  Lotsa fun!!   I keep this airplane at Great Falls International Airport, so that when the wind is blowing, the runway is muddy, or being mowed by the horses, I can still go fly.
